No strict career path, but would like to try and manage in all nations and try and win the domestic competitions.

Since the Gentle Revolution, the Slovak Super Liga has been running for 21 seasons with Slovan Bratislava (8 wins) and MSK Zilina (6 wins) dominating. Kosice have 2 wins and Ruzomberok 1 win. Where as former big dogs Inter Bratislava and Artmedia Bratislava have fallen down the Leagues, into financial disarray and into irrelevance.
I however start in the second tier (East) at Partizan Bardejov. A team in financial distress and freefall but in the surprisingly cushy position of 8th out of 12th in the Eastern Conference.
NOTE - I will be trying to manage in a realistic way, in terms of choosing when to move between clubs. And also considering the personal wages offered to me in the decision making.

Absolutely useless until the January break, with my only win coming over an absolute jobber team. A pointless January break due to being unable to bring anyone in due to finances.
After the break a quite good run of games to end the regular season.
Finishing lower than were we started, Board seem happy enough at least.

Good luck in your first full season.

Everything is going great, tactics getting across, hard to beat, able to win games etc. But the financial situation was bad, the club was already massively over budget and the club wanted to cut ever more. Current actual 7kpw down to a proposed 4kpw. I basically said no to new contract talks unless there was more money made available.
I then started applying for jobs, and I was sacked, with a month left on my contract. Annoyingly in the board meeting, there was option to refuse to apologise (as I did nothing wrong) and instead the options were all different levels of grovelling apology.
Ah well.
(I have no real interest in Romania and Bulgaria as I see them as different football cultures, to Central Europe and its historical importance)

I have a nice wage budget with a few k to spend, but a very small squad with only one coach. First appointments saw an assistant, a physio and two scouts sign. I'm really enjoying the pre-season so far, actually being able to manage the club, rather than jetting in half way through and unable to change anything.

Annoyingly I've been labelled as shite with money. And I've had to promise not to destroy potential clubs in the interview.

A very good start to the season, winning more than we're losing. Humenne are predicted to finish 21/24. My personal target is to finish in the top half and qualify for the promotion stage.
I have a one year deal, and will hopefully impress enough to get a bigger club.

A great run taking us into the winter break and qualifying for the Promotion stage. Feel this is a bit misleading, seem to be luck in always just doing enough, winning by narrow margins in all but the final game.
Only just realised how clear I am at the top of this Conference. I suppose I'll get absolutely nothing for winning it. But it will be nice.
Even brought in a new Striker. What a luxury purchase.

A very good first half of the Promotion stage, as I got wins against Nita and Sered the two big rivals for promotion
Shola
And promotion!
In truth due to our rivals falling away.
