So, I've been playing FM15 pretty much since it's release, and to be honest, I'm getting irritated as hell. My frustration? Players, simply put. Specifically, moaning, complaining players. I have thus far struggled to sell any individual without someone else getting upset and trying to bring the squad down, to the lad who asked to leave so he could win trophies, the day after we won the European super cup, to drop his request after winning the Capital one cup, to make the exact same request a single day later. I don't know if there are more topics like this, and I get that these days players are more temperamental than ever before, but surely that is a farce?

I had that problem during my one and only season at Manchester City and it was freakin' irritating as anything, a few players came to be stating they wanted a new challenge basically because they wanted to win trophies but this was after I had already won the Community Shield (although not important), European Super Cup, Club World Championship and the League Cup.

Needless to say I told the players to fuck off, they're going nowhere.

I've noticed it's a bit more prevalent in this version of the game.

Best way to stop it is to set your discipline and motivation to 20 when creating your manager.

this really works? i'll try this cause I'm running out of options. My teams is rioting , half of them want to leave and we're the best squad in europe (won UCL season before)

Also doesn't help if you start at the bottom without qualifications or experience

Aye, setting discipline and man management as high as possible helps, you are less likely to get trivial concerns. Also, keep a close eye on a players temperament and media-handling; seems volatile players are not worth the risk at all on this version.

Pfft, I don't start a career any other way, SLF reputation/no qualifications ftw. It's fun to build up.

Meh, I don't usually start with big teams. Journeyman careers ftw. The first team I managed on this years save (starting unemployed) was Kvik Halden.
