Although........ SI don't seem bothered about the illegal downloads, boasting about how well its done.

I've lost four stone since moving from Birmingham to Leicestershire two years ago and am now spot on seventeen stone, admittedly I wasn't trying t lose weight then as I was playing rugby and taking protein powder but do feel much healthier now. I lost it all simply by cutting out fast food and walking places, one of the perks of the countryside I guess.
