Uniform kit on Player overview panel conceal the national record

hey guys i want get some information and plz help fix this problem.

Uniform conceal the player national record so i want get rid of this,
and using the space uniform possesed, re-arrange and widening player overview box articles. picture name and nation, wages, records

So information what i need is
panel name and code fix method (from->to.)


just ex) get rid of this code or ref.bottom and fix height=132 to 90 -->>> Like this.
