FM Crashes all the time

Hello,
Since the forced update on the game and steam yesterday, i cant play the game anymore. It constantly crashes and i tried to remove all the graphics, didn't help. Tried to play FM12 instead , it crashed aswell... So i am kind of depressed atm since i really have been looking forward to be able to have time to sit down and play during this holidays but yeah anyone else have problems with the game after the update?

Delete system32. It's the only solution.

Nuke it from orbit, it's the only way to be sure.

What does he mean by delete system 32? What can we really do if the games crashing?
