I tried many times yesterday and today to upload new skins but nothing happens at the end of uploading, so I want to know is there a some limit or what?

I can't understand your question, but I tried to upload new skins here:
http://sortitoutsi.net/downloads/category/87/football-manager-2013-skins
on Share File button like always, but nothing happens?

That shouldn't be a problem then.

When you say nothing happens do you just mean it loads a white page or does it not load anything at all? Or does it show some sort of error?
