How to remove your National Team Assistant/Coach?

I seem to be having some issues removing my Scotland U-19s Assistant Manager and coaches. When I click on them and view the 'National Team' mini-menu, the only options I have is to offer them another position within my team?

Surely there is a way for me to remove them from the staff altogether?
