France on FM 2013 Dark Skin

When I'm on any of the as squad screens on France, the writing in the header is hard to see, with it being Blue on a Dark Blue header.

Is there any way to alter this on default skins?

You could use FMRTE to change the colours, else you will have to use the editor and start a new game.
