@bhamichaelg, these are not game ready just yet. Cut-out dimensions should be either 250x250 (for large sources) or 180x180 (for smaller, lower-quality sources).
Edit: This one is from an older image, and in fact it's the very first image on his timeline from a year and a half ago, so it's not an improvement on the current, much more recent image.
