Good cut again @Kizlington, but do take the time to read the guidelines. It's preferable to have the image in 250x250, and the source is amply large enough to allow it. Also, do remember to include a collar in all cuts 👍

Good cut @Kizlington, but try and avoid leaving such a large empty gap above the head, 2-3 pixels are enough. You should also have no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin, while still having a collar. It's a 250x250 canvas, and it should be utilized to the full as much as possible 🙂
