This one isn't too bad @Dylan347 but there's some more work needs to be done to the cut for it to be added the megapack. The gap above the head is too big; any more than 2-3 pixels is excessive.
Furthermore, every cut must contain a collar within 2-3 pixels of the chin. Here's how to achieve it in cases where the collar in the source image is lower than that:
