@nullDozzer, if you're going to upload images as a pack, they need to be saved as their UIDs, which is how they're included in the megapack.

Secondly, you need to make sure images are in 180x180 or 250x250, and no other dimensions. Ideally they're in 250x250, but if the source is small, then 180x180 would be fine.

Also, remember that every cut must include a collar.

Since in some sources, like presumably the one from which this image was cut, the person in the image has a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. 

Here's a technique of how the above can be accomplished quite easily by lassoing the collar and nudging it upwards:

For images like this which are tilted to one side, it is recommended that you rotate your source before cropping it. It'll look much better in-game if it is fully upright. This is how to address this:
