Good work @Michael Nordin, however it's best if, for your cuts, you keep a smaller empty space above the head, and a smaller gap between the bottom of the chin and the bottom of the canvas. 2-3 pixels is enough in both cases.
When a collar is lower down than that, this is the technique you should use to nudge it upwards:
