Not bad @Juan Millihand, but please cut much closer to the chin. We aim to have the cut-out to include only the face rather than the neck, so 2-3 pixels beneath the chin are sufficient.

As you know, all cuts should include a little bit of collar. Since in some sources, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. This video & this post & this post too display a simple technique of how to cut close to the chin and still display a bit of the collar.

In sources which are a bit 'washed out' like this one, using the auto contrast feature or tweaking the contrast manually will produce a better cut too 👍
