For future reference, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.
You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just a maximum of 3 when done individually.
@jumberto we ask for all cuts to include a collar, and for each face to be cropped within 2-3 pixels of the chin. Here's a video on how to achieve this when the source image doesn't necessarily allow it:
Leaving such a large area beneath the bottom of the chin and the bottom of the canvas is a waste of the limited amount of screen real estate, which isn't ideal 😉
