ive just downloaded all update files in order and then remade a config file and a load of new faces have popped up. I think the config file didnt have all the right IDs in them

You shouldn't need to remake a config file yourself. The config file contained in the most recent update pack will contain all the faces released till then, if downloaded and installed properly.
For instance, I've just checked the config file included with 2022.05 and it does contain a line of code for 2000055693…

Perhaps i accidently deleted a bunch when adding my own players. All updated and good now though 🙂
