@mustoe77, please keep in mind that every cut must include a collar, while the image is to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it. Since in some sources, like presumably the one from which this image was cut, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. Any cut uploaded here must be done in this manner. Also remember that images should be in 180x180 (or 250x250), and not anything in between.

Here's a technique of how this can be accomplished quite easily:
