If you have to upscale, then image quality will inevitably suffer and you seem to have over-compensated by over-sharpening it. The current cut is very recent and from a very good source, so there's really no need for it to be replaced…

@junior.fm, that is much too small to be worth cutting as it'll only result in a poor cut. Try and find the best possible sources for your request. A simple Google Image search threw up this much better source image.
