I'm sick and tired of having to explain again and again that these kind of images will not provide a good cut-out @William Paulet. It's not a hard concept to understand that if the area taken up by the face is tiny, then the ensuing cut will be blurry and just a mess of pixels, which is not worth the cutter's time.
Do you want this account to be banned too for not following the rules of this forum? If yes, then keep making these kind of requests. If no better images are available, just don't request an image. Don't just upload anything you come upon.
