@Chewbaccawookiee, I'm afraid these are cropped too far from the chin and have some snow. This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element.

Can you provide us with the original source images without the background removed for the other ones so that we can cut them accordingly?

If you want to give it another go yourself, I would recommend using remove.bg, which is a free online tool which removes the background to an excellent standard, for free and almost instantly.

Here's a couple of videos on how to use it, one when combined with Photoshop and another using photopea.com, which is a free online app so close to Photoshop that it has the same shortcuts, layout and icons.

If you don't have Photoshop, photopea.com is the tool I would recommend to use to tweak the draft cut produced by remove.bg. It's more powerful and versatile than GIMP and other similar tools.

In the first place I'm using the pictures of the 5 players I submitted for my personal save. Ingame they look acceptable. I've seen worse picture in the facepack. 

I'm not 100% sure, why all 5 of my submissions were rejected. To avoid more rejections I think it's the best when I share the sources I've found.

But I need to say that it was hard to find any pictures for these 5 players. The quality is pretty bad.

I tried to polish up these pictures a bit by using filters in Photoshop, what helped a bit in my opinion. 

Should I give you the sources of the 5 pictures right here as a link or should I submit them again this time as source?
Problem is one of the sources is in WEBP format, I snipped that out manually. How should I submit that one?

I see what you mean, but we have guidelines on what we want the cuts in the megapack to look like. If they're uploaded on this forum, we'd like them to follow our guidelines. The images you uploaded, as already explained, were either cropped too far from the top of the head or the bottom of the chin, and/or had some snow.

Please collect the source images you used for the cuts and upload them as a pack request, and I'm sure the community will deal with them accordingly. They seemed good enough to cut. Webp is accepted as a source image type, no worries 😉
