Current cut is better than this.

@Mthcarmo, as a rule of thumb, refer to the below guidelines:

• If you are requesting an image for a person who already has a cut in the megapack, please make sure that the source you are uploading will produce an improvement. We don't consider a newer image to be automatically an improvement since we also take quality of source and cut into consideration. If the current megapack cut is recent and similar in look (check on his/her timeline before uploading an image), there is little added value in cutting another source for the person. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative. 

Current cut was produced a few weeks ago, so there's no need for it to be requested again.

@sarwins, good cut but images should be cropped closer to the chin, leaving no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it, and nudging the collar upwards if necessary.

Your last 9 uploads have been rejected. Perhaps it's time for you to consider reading and following the guidelines 👍
