Try and leave no more than 2-3 pixels above the top of the head.
Please read the guidelines and tutorials thread to understand what we're looking for in our cuts, namely the correct dimensions and the need to include a collar, complete with the video tutorial on how to accomplish the latter when the collar is lower down than 2-3 pixels from the chin.
