@Steve Bostonian, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.

You can also request up to 50 images per pack instead of just 6 when done individually.

And yet, you're still uploading individual cuts instead of packs 😕

@mons I tried uploading 21 photos as a pack unfortunately the system did not recognize most of them. I even watch the video tutorial. So If you have any other tips/suggestions

Uploading packs works fine, so it'll have been something you did wrong. Did you get an error message?

If the image is in jpg or png format and the filename is the person's UID, then that's all it should take.
