Good work @frxns_, but a few things to keep in mind for the future, please
a) if the source image isn't the best, like seemingly here, having the final cut in 250x250 will just result in a blurry image. In cases like this, the final cut should be in 180x180
b) if you are working on a request (like the Mendieta cut), please remember to mark images you're working on, to make sure no one else takes them on at the same time?
c) when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.
