@Sophie1001 you've left too much space above the head and beneath the chin. We want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:
Can you upload the original source without the background removed, using the upload image function? Or can you try again, keeping the above in mind?
