As already outlined previously, there is no point in this kind of post. If you don't explain to the requester why you think the source is not an improvement, he'll be none the wiser. Besides, if it's borderline, I'd prefer if no comment is made.
In this case, though the current cut-out is perfectly fine, I think the lighting on the requested source is better than that of the cut-out, so it's definitely an improvement for me.
