@Adilson Angel Abreu de Almeida Gomes, when a person already has a cut-out, we will only cut images which are better in quality, so the type of small or low-quality images you are requesting aren't considered as improvements. This is even more the case when the person you are requesting for already has a recent and high-quality image in the megapack already, so they're even less necessary.
