This is your first cut @OndraX, right? A very encouraging start

A couple of suggestions so that any future cuts you make can be even better:
a) Try and have a look at the cut on a dark background to see if there is any snow. The good thing is that it's quite easy to spot and to remove, using the technique shown in this short video.
b) There's quite a large gap between the top of the hair and the top of the cut. Ideally, there's no more than 2-3 pixels. Same goes for the bottom of the chin and the bottom of the cut, but in your case it's just right.

Having said that, I've tweaked your cut a bit, and you can find it attached. It only took me maybe 30 seconds, so perfecting your cut in this manner won't need to take you ages I've downsized it to 180x180 because when I removed the area above the head, the cut would have been a bit less sharp if I had kept it at 250x250.
