In all other cases, the current cuts are very recent and of a superior quality to what you've uploaded @scottazzurri.
Besides, source images as large and as high-quality as this should really lead to a much sharper and less blurry cut.
Where did you source this bigger picture of Devine?
I got the headshots off Caley's website….but if I can get bigger pics, then I could try and hone my skills and they should be sharper and less blurry like you said

You presumably got the original source from here. If you right-click on the image and open it in a new tab, the URL will be:

Remove the bit in red and bold and you have the full-size image.
Before cutting the whole lot indiscriminately, I urge you to check the person's timeline on our site, because several players from the team have been cut recently, and it'd be a waste of time if you did them again…
If you want to cut them, this thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element. Please take the time to read and understand them so that they don't need to be re-cut.
I would recommend using remove.bg, which is a free online tool which removes the background to an excellent standard, for free and almost instantly.
Here's a couple of videos on how to use it, one when combined with Photoshop and another using photopea.com, which is a free online app so close to Photoshop that it has the same shortcuts, layout and icons.
If you don't have Photoshop, photopea.com is the tool I would recommend to use to tweak the draft cut produced by remove.bg. It's more powerful and versatile than GIMP and other similar tools.
