Out of 19 requests that you've made so far, 14 have been rejected. I think it's time you started to read the rules carefully and start following them, they're there to avoid precisely these kind of fruitless conversations and to make life easier for everyone concerned. 

It's one thing uploading an image which is borderline (which I can understand), and another thing altogether uploading sources like this which aren't that large and not of a particularly good quality (which is a waste of everyone's time).

So give me a video so I can do my cuts myself so you don't waste your time and I don't waste mine trying to improve the faces
