@cksrl1000, I urge you to check a person or team's current megapack cuts before doing them because
a) they may have already been very recently,
or
b) the current cut is already of a very good quality and doesn't need to be replaced
Also, I'm not sure quite why your cuts are so washed out when compared to the source image - try using the auto-contrast tool to get a more natural, vibrant colour,
