And still you had to go almost 2 years back and over 3 years back respectively, to find images without collars. Just because some might have slipped through by mistake doesn't mean you can just decide to ignore the rules that everyone else follows.
All cuts must have collars. It's clear and has been the case for ages, and you know it. Make sure your cuts have them. It's not that hard mate.

If a source is rare to find, it should logically mean that more care is taken with it, no? And therefore there is even more reason for it to be cut with a collar…
