@Ünal Burak, crop closer to the face, leaving no more than 2-3 pixels above the head and beneath the chin. Besides, if the current cut is identical, there's hardly any point in cutting it again. Given the rate your images are getting rejected, perhaps it's better you pay attention to our feedback and to the general guidelines, otherwise you'll just keep wasting your time…
