@BramNUFC, it's great that you've very quickly grasped the need to nudge the collar upwards, but when doing so make sure it doesn't appear in the middle of the neck in a somewhat unnatural place 😉
Also, when a source is tilted to one side like this one, it looks much better in-game if it's rotated (in this case by 3 degrees anti-clockwise) so that the head is perfectly upright. A good yardstick is if the tops of the ears or the eyebrows are in a straight line. Here's a video of how this can be very easily spotted and sorted:
