Why do you think it's better, though?
Keep in mind points 4 and 5 from the improvement request guidelines:
(4) Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality.
(5) Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative.
I have underlined what I think is most relevant in this case
There's no value in having a slightly more recent cut which is identical, and I'd much rather our cutters spend their time on genuine improvements

I already done like 10 for this team and they are all in the same style as the requested photo.
I think because this one is in line with all the other cuts for this team
I know what you mean, but it depends first of all on the quality and age of the MP cut, rather than that of the requested source.
E.g. you can have two images from the same photoshoot, but only one of which is an improvement because the other already has a good and recent cut
P.S. This rule was created to avoid tedious and repetitive requests of the same high-profile players a month or two after each other. After all, most "big" teams usually have facepacks released from HQ sources every year, and there's really no need to request the same players again.
On the other hand, if a cutter decides to cut a source like this of his own will, I will evaluate it and assess it like all the other images. But unless there's a real need, I think the focus of our few cutters should be on genuine improvements
