@Ravenstuff, for some reason you seem to be cropping the images above the chin. You should crop them beneath the chin in all cases, 2-3 pixels beneath it.
Furthermore, the other image in this pack seems to be from a low quality source. In cases like this, you should have the cut in 180x180 instead of 250x250. For the particular cut, you should also crop it 2-3 pixels above the top of the head.
