@Chodw118, I'm not sure what effects you've added to the original source but the face seems to have had all details removed and it seems like a waxwork. I don't think it's better than the current cut, due to this.

Yeah, it's been superimposed on a background and enlarged, thus losing the original sharpness and face details. It's not anything you did to it, but the source itself which is the reason why it's not an improvement.
