@25frau25 Firstly, it's best to post the original source image if you're requesting a cutout. Secondly, try using remove.bg to cut your images in the future - it gives a much better result than the technique you've used.
I used an image enlarger to upscale the source image, like so, and I also rotated it so that the face is upright:

And then this is the result remove.bg gives me, with brightness added:
