The existing image was badly cut..
That source is too tiny to be able to produce any sort of decent cut. The size of the face is around 70 pixels high while a cut should be 180 pixels high. The present cut may be poorly cut but it will inevitably still be better than this one. Unless you locate a better source, I'm afraid I'll have to reject this...
