If no one wants to create him, here is an alternative!

We spoke about it in May this year and after some advices you've started to cut them by all standards and they were looking good, but now some of them looks like your cuts at start or even worse.I know your tryin' to help but if we have perfect HQ source it's a shame to loose it on unquality cut from some poor alternative source...

@BajaHater The reason for this is, that I come from the EA Football Manager comunity and I´ve made thousands of pictures withing the last years and in the EA community we create pictures in 160x160, and we use to blur the frame of the picture and if I do not, someone like you is complaining about that
And when I see here, that someone requested a picture and nobody is about to do it, I take a look in my huge EA FM 160x160 folder with over 70.000 pictures and look for the player. Afterwards I make the cut on his chin, skale it to 180x180 and skarpen it. Of course that does not look good, but I don´t always have the time to make a new cut ^^

But I see my mistake, that I upload the "bad" picture ways too far, so that no one have the chance to upload it in hight quality.

Would it be ok, if I upload such pictures afte three days, when no one created a good one?

I'll be honest, this technique is far from ideal, especially when the source(s) provided can give a much better cut than resizing a 160x160 cut upwards. In general I would prefer that the source is cut if it's a good one, but, especially in cases of missing images, I think the compromise you proposed is fair enough
