I genuinely do not know how the F did those go into the MP but surely no one would want a pic as censored as Japanese Porn in their megapack tho.
Btw can you provide a brief history of the lad you requested so that we may attempt to get a better source pic?

I've quickly cropped it to 180 width to show that it's actually not that bad.

Made rectangle selection around his head (not the Crop tool),trimmed it,saved it.Then used Topaz Gigapixel AI software to enlarge the image 2x.
Then used Topaz Remask 5 program to cut it out (tried remove.bg first but it messed up some parts).
Then used various stuff to fix lighting,I really can't explain in detail..it's not that easy for me to elaborate all in one post,sorry.
