@Joe Moon, make sure you download 12.01 and 12.02 before cutting any more sources. I've already come upon a handful of sources which have been cut already, like this one - save yourself some time

And avoid cutting off shoulders before the end of the cut, it looks really unnatural; compare it to the other one and you'll see what I mean
