@RidaneGomes, I don't think this is an improvement to be honest, really. There are very little hair details and hardly any difference in the guy's look between the current megapack cut and this one.

Make sure you download the megapack and all its updates. As you can see, this is in the megapack already.

No worries, but you need to make sure that you only request images in the missing category for those which are missing from the megapack, which was not the case here. Also, if you have the latest version of the MP, i.e. 11.13, you will avoid making requests of images already in it, like this one

I'm sorry @MarquitoDoRatinho, but I just can't agree that this is an improvement or that the current excellent and recent megapack cut needs light correcting. The source you've posted has most of his left side shrouded in shadow whereas the current cut not only is identical in style but also has an evenly-spread lighting on it.

It's not a bad source in itself, but the best outcome from it would only really be an alternate imo...

It's a decent source, but his look is almost identical to his current cut, so it's not really an improvement.

The same source has also already been rejected elsewhere.
