@lacme, game-ready means ready to be added to the game. This image and all the ones you have posted clearly still needs to be cut, so for future reference please request these kind of images as source in the future. Since there were a lot of them, it might be advisable in the future to request them as a pack, e.g. Toulouse pack
a) the dimensions should be in 250x250, but I assume you know this already 😉
b) Cut-outs should be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Leaving any more space than that is unnecessary and not in keeping with the guidelines to cut-outs. After all, it's a facepack, not a face-and-neck-pack 😉
c) Not for this particular cut-out, but generally speaking, please keep in mind that we ask for allcuts to include a collar, and for the collar to be within 2-3 pixels of the chin. In sources where the collar is lower down than that, it should be nudged upwards as demonstrated in the below video:

That's great, just keep in mind that we have various guidelines outlined in this thread, most of which are accompanied by video tutorials - so please be sure to keep them in mind when uploading cuts in the future 👍
And if you need to ask, please don't hesitate to post in there. I'm sure the community will be eager to assist 👍
