On the second image source , he must be about two years younger but the image is of better quality , so i preferred to cut that one.

We have the right to have a little fun , i tried to clear the snow a little but it doesn ' t feel natural.
I did not take the right sample but it is difficult when the player does not have black hair.

Have all the fun you want, but please don't upload images which you don't think are good enough. It's better to ask for feedback on how to improve or refine your cutting technique. You're still starting out, so there's no harm in asking experienced cutters of hundreds or thousands of cuts for help 😉
It does not make any difference what colour hair the person you're cutting has. Snow can be detected, and easily removed, using the snow removal technique shown in that video. If there is a reflection of some light in the hair, which seems to be case in this image, that's a different thing altogether, has got nothing to do with snow and shouldn't need to be edited. Snow is just when there is a small layer of white/clear pixels around the hair/head not white in the hair 👍
