@devanpy, I'm afraid that isn't the best cut. It's cropped too far from the top of the head and the collars have been removed. Moreover, this source is more than good enough for a cut in 250x250. I've requested the original source so that it can be cut again by the community 👍

Have a look at this thread for guidelines for cutters and various tutorials for various techniques. We recommend using remove.bg to remove the background from the source image; there's a tutorial for it in there too 👍
