Not quite what we're looking for in our cuts @Alex Parnikov. The dimensions aren't right, the top of his head is cut off, the collar is removed and the position of the face is tilted to one side rather than upright.
If you want to start producing cut-outs, have a look at the guidelines in this thread, as well as the many video tutorials for each technique. I recommend using remove.bg to remove the background from an image as well as photopea.com to tweak it. Both are free tools which do an excellent and quick job - watch the tutorials in the above-linked thread 👍

I did it from your video tutorial. No erasing only used the tool in video.
