Better than before @_antlee, but for future cuts keep in mind that we want all our cuts to have a collar while being cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. In cases like this where the collar is lower down or the neck is overly long in the original source, here's a method on how to nudge the collars upwards to include them in your cropped version:
Gap at the top is too large, there's a bit of snow all around the head and the image could do with being rotated. Not a bad cut otherwise, truth be told, but the source can provide a better cut imo 👍
