I'll have another look at this one as it could possibly be an improvement - but again, it's not as crisp as the current MP cut, which was also your work originally. In this case, the change in hairstyle possibly warrants it being included.
@BramNUFC, in addition to the feedback given elsewhere, my advice would be to use your time more productively. This player had a cut made from the exact same source more than 3 months ago; there is no value added to producing a cut-out for him again.
DO check a player's timeline before cutting an image of him to see if it is really necessary; if he's had a cut in the last few months or looks pretty much the same to the existing megapack cut, there's really no point in another cut of him being produced, especially when there are thousands of pending sources which can be done instead.
