@ryanpw7, the current cut is of a good quality. Besides, we ask for all our cuts to include a collar.
I strongly recommend using remove.bg for your cuts. It'll give excellent results quickly and easily.
We ask for images to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources, like possibly this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
